BENJI WOLF is an androgynous vocalist, lyricist, composer, music producer, dancer, entrepreneur, and human rights activist from Princeton, NJ, based in Los Angeles, CA.

As a Recording Artist with HOLLYWOODLAND Music Group, BENJI explores musical territories that defy classification, blending nu-disco with genres such as experimental jazz, trip-hop, and psychedelic rock. BENJI has headlined performances at venues such as Rockwood Music Hall, Crossroads, Jammin' Java, Brooklyn Music Kitchen, and PhilaMOCA.

BENJI is the Founder and Creative Director of XANADU Project, Inc. (The XANADU Project), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underrepresented creatives and entertainment industry professionals by advocating for their rights and creating pathways to leadership. Their mission is to build a more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable entertainment industry where every creative, professional, and fan feels safe, represented, and empowered with equal opportunities to thrive.

In 2023, BENJI graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy’s Interdisciplinary Arts department with a concentration in Leadership and Management in the Arts. They are currently pursuing a degree in Music Business with concentrations in Social Entrepreneurship, Music Production, and Jazz Composition at Berklee College of Music.

BENJI is a Lead Ambassador for the Los Angeles Chapter of The Recording Academy, supporting the planning and execution of 2025-2026 GRAMMY U events, including the Fall Summit, Music Advocacy Day, and Unwrapped with Tate McRae, Amy Allen, and Grant Boutin. In 2024, BENJI met with Congressman Daniel Goldman’s office to advocate for the Help Independent Tracks Succeed (HITS) Act, which has since been signed into law; the legislation allows artists, producers, and songwriters to deduct up to $150,000 in sound recording and production expenses in the year incurred.

BENJI currently supports venue operations and live events at Intuit Dome as an Arena Operations Technician with Halo Sports & Entertainment for NBA games, concerts, and festivals.

Before joining the Intuit Dome team, BENJI worked on multiple high-profile music festivals. This included an Artist & Site Operations Coordinator role for C3 PresentsBoston Calling Music Festival  in 2024 and 2025, where they facilitated artist travel, accommodations, and on-site hospitality, collaborating directly with 50+ performers and their teams, including Chappell Roan, Ed Sheeran, Sublime, Hozier, Avril Lavigne, Sheryl Crow, Megan Thee Stallion, James Bay, and Reneé Rapp.

Additionally, BENJI supported the Capital Pride Alliance as an Event Operations & Logistics Assistant for World Pride 2025, contributing to the World Pride Street Festival featuring Doechii and Khalid, as well as Full Bloom: The Official World Pride Friday Night Event.

In 2024, BENJI contributed to the planning and execution of major Heritage of Pride, Inc. events as an Entertainment and Production Coordinator for NYC PrideFest, NYC Pride March, NYC YouthPride Festival, and the Remember The Time Kiki Ball. BENJI received the 2024 Heritage of Pride Special Events Award, recognizing their role in the seamless delivery of large-scale events with an estimated 2.5 million attendees. 

Ahead of the 2024 presidential election, BENJI served as a Team Leader with HeadCount, organizing and leading volunteer teams for nonpartisan voter registration at concerts, festivals, and community events across the United States. They helped register over 1,000 voters and were featured in Billie Eilish’s HIT ME HARD AND SOFT  World Tour pre-show video.

In 2021, BENJI was named West Coast Dance Explosion’s National Champion and spent the following year assisting world-renowned choreographers on a multi-city national dance convention tour.
